Margaret Stuart (24 December 1598 – March 1600) was the second daughter of King James VI of Scotland and Anne of Denmark. Sometime in March 1600, Margaret died of an unknown illness and she was buried in Holyrood Abbey. Three years later, her father ascended the throne of England.
When Margaret Stuart was born on 24 December 1598, in Edinburgh, Scotland, her father, James VI and I King of Scotland and England, was 32 and her mother, Princess Anne Of Denmark Queen Of Scotland, was 24. She died in March 1600, in Linlithgowshire, Scotland, at the age of 1, and was buried in Edinburgh, Scotland, United Kingdom.
