What the school says... Situated just outside Sherborne in 46 acres of beautiful parkland, and only 21/2 hours drive from London, Leweston School offers a co-educational Prep, Senior School and Sixth Form. Leweston offers a disciplined, creative and inspirational environment in which all are encouraged to reach their full potential.
Senior Admissions. We welcome boarding and day pupils into the Senior School at age 11 (Year 7) and age 13 (Year 9). Pupils join us from Preparatory and primary schools across the South West and beyond, as well as overseas. We have a strong intake from our own Prep school, however, new pupils make up about 30-40% of our intake into Year 7.

Our bursaries are for pupils who will thrive at Leweston but whose family circumstances mean the school fees are otherwise unaffordable. A bursary is means tested reduction in fees.
