Everything about the Vietnam War is egregious in the decision making right down to that Ambassador. He said he did his best but so much could’ve been prevented and maybe more people could’ve gotten out. Specifically what I kept thinking about because it happened in this lifetime, were the last days of the US departing Afghanistan.
