Elizabeth Boleyn, born Elizabeth Howard around 1480, was an English noblewoman and the mother of Anne Boleyn, who became Queen of England, and thus the maternal grandmother of Elizabeth I of England. She married Thomas Boleyn, and through this union, she was styled Viscountess Rochford, Countess of Ormond, and Countess of Wiltshire.

She married Sir Robert Southwell (1563—12 October 1598) of Woodrising, Norfolk, on 17 April 1583. He was the son of Sir Thomas Southwell and his second wife Mary Mansell, a daughter of Sir Rice Mansell (1487–1559).
