Cindy Blackman (ur. 18 listopada 1959 w Yellow Springs, w stanie Ohio, Stany Zjednoczone ), występująca też pod nazwiskiem Cindy Blackman-Santana – amerykańska perkusistka jazz-rockowa i rockowa, najbardziej znana z nagrań i trasy koncertowej z Lennym Kravitzem (1993–2007). Nagrała też kilka jazzowych albumów pod własnym nazwiskiem.
Blackman left Kravitz's employ in 2004 to pursue jazz, and released the widely celebrated (and very electric) double-length Music for the New Millennium, backed by her now-standing quartet. Between 2005 and 2010, Blackman worked in Lucky Peterson's studio and road bands, appearing on three recordings and touring the world.
