Stephens defines First Time in College (FTIC) as a student who has earned fewer than 10 college credits after high school graduation. If you have earned 10 or more college credits after high school graduation, you should apply as a transfer student. If you have attended any other institution, you need to submit your transcripts from that institution even if you obtained fewer than 10 credits.
