While Pollard rode and won on Seabiscuit many times it was Woolf in the stirups during the match race with War Admiral. The race was also in the 2003 movie “Seabiscuit” with Toby McGuire. Each of them continued their careers in racing, most of them with success, but not all of their stories ended in the fairytale manner that we'd like to imagine.
