3 de dic. de 2021 · The gimlet is not a weak drink. The lime cordial makes it a little gentler than the 62-proof martini, but this cocktail can still sneak up on you. If you pour it according to the recipe, with an 80-proof gin, the gimlet mixes up to about 24 percent alcohol by volume (48 proof).

Nel libro trovi una Ricetta del Gimlet che agli occhi di un neofita può sembrare diversa. La ricetta è la seguente: 60 ml London Dry Gin. 30 ml Sciroppo di Lime. 10 ml Succo di Lime Fresco.
