Mary Osborne (July 17, 1921 – March 4, 1992) was an American jazz guitarist. She began performing at a young age and was featured on a radio program in North Dakota, where she grew up. In New York City during the 1940s, she played with jazz musicians such as Dizzy Gillespie , Billie Holiday , Art Tatum , Coleman Hawkins , and Thelonious Monk .

It was at this time that Sarah, Dowager Duchess of Marlborough, arranged Lady Mary's marriage to Thomas Osborne, 4th Duke of Leeds; they were married on 26 June 1740.
