Hugo Sperrle ( 7. helmikuuta 1885 Ludwigsburg, Baden-Württemberg, Saksa – 2. huhtikuuta 1953 München, Baijeri, Saksa) oli Saksan ilmavoimien Luftwaffen sotamarsalkka toisen maailmansodan aikana. Sperrle komensi saksalaista Kondorilegioonaa Espanjan sisällissodassa 1936–1937. Sperrle syntyi panimonomistajan perheeseen 1885.
