Camilla was born about 1545, in Firenze, Toscana, Italia. She was the daughter of Antonio Martelli and Fiammetta Soderini. Camilla married Cosimo l de Medici Granduca de Toscana in 1570. The couple had one daughter, Virginia de Medici Principessa.
