Sir Thomas John Carey Evans MC FRCS (6 June 1884 – 25 August 1947) was a Welsh surgeon who served as a doctor in the British army in India and as the first inspector of the British Postgraduate Medical School, when the school was founded at Hammersmith Hospital, London.
The papers were retained by the children of Lady Olwen Carey-Evans for two years after her death, and were then sold to the National Library, at which point the correspondence between David and Margaret Lloyd George, much of the rest of the Lloyd George family correspondence, and the David Lloyd George speeches were separated from the archive to become NLW MSS 22823-8C.
