Ingeborg Bachmann, gelegentliches Pseudonym Ruth Keller, (* 25. Juni 1926 in Klagenfurt am Wörthersee; † 17. Oktober 1973 in Rom, Italien) war eine österreichische Schriftstellerin. Sie gilt als eine der bedeutendsten deutschsprachigen Lyrikerinnen und Prosaschriftstellerinnen des 20. Jahrhunderts.
