Death Proof. After Zoë Bell was cast, Quentin Tarantino told Bell that he would hire a second stunt person to take Bell's place in the stunt scenes where her face wasn't visible. The driver of the car has her neck broken by the impact. A third woman in the car is thrown from the vehicle (she is seen hitting the pavement violently).
