Description. Varietal: Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in the Passy Le Clou vineyard. The wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks. Taste: This wine has a pale gold color and aromas of green apple, lemon, and wet stone. On the palate, it is crisp and refreshing with flavors of citrus, green pear, and a hint of saline.
