Long-time Coppins customer. Took car in for 8:00 am appointment for NYS Inspection. Car went into shop immediately. I went across the street and had a cup of coffee. Twenty-five minutes later I saw the car come out of the shop area. Picked it up, with inspection completed and was back home in 40 minutes total. Coppins offers superb service.
Finally tried Coppins for brunch and they did not disappoint! First off, the restaurant sits inside of hotel Covington which is absolutely beautiful! There are not enough words to describe how gorgeous the space is. We made reservations and were seated right away. There were 6 of us and we tried a plethora of things.
