Garry Winogrand (* 14. Januar 1928 in New York, Vereinigte Staaten; † 19. März 1984 in Tijuana, Mexiko) war ein US-amerikanischer Fotograf. Als einem der bedeutenden Vertreter der amerikanischen Straßenfotografie gelang ihm ein überzeugendes Porträt des amerikanischen Alltags.
