I force myself out daily and do the brisk walking thing as it’s the only thing that vaguely helps. It’s like I have a dopamine shortage or whatever happy hormones I need are clearly in deficit.
Hace 9 horas · By default, the R15 comes with 10w40 grade engine oil, which unless required should not be changed. My observations of changing the engine oil grade factored on the weather and climate I’d be travelling in. Personally, it helped a lot over the years. Choosing the correct tyres, remember folks, wider isn’t always better.
Hace 9 horas · One of my staple designs is Baybayin calligraphy, an ancient Filipino alphabet. I took it up as a way to reteach myself Tagalog and reconnect with my heritage. I also hope it can help other Filipino Americans to feel less disconnected from their roots. I had initially started tattooing during a gap semester.
