Francis George Spencer, 2nd Baron Churchill, DCL, DL (6 October 1802 – 24 November 1886), was a British peer and diplomat from the Spencer family.
Francis Almeric Spencer, 1st Baron Churchill DCL FRS (26 December 1779 – 10 March 1845) was a British peer and Whig politician from the Spencer family.

Francis George Spencer, 2nd Baron Churchill, DL (6 October 1802 – 24 November 1886), was a British peer and diplomat from the Spencer family. Spencer was born on 6 October 1802 at Blenheim Palace, Woodstock, Oxfordshire.
Francis was the Tory MP for Oxfordshire in the UK Parliament between 6 March 1801 - 12 October 1815. Francis was created the 1st Baron Churchill of Whichwood, in the county of Oxford (UK Peerage) on 11 August 1815. Death . He died on the 10 March 1845 at the age of 65 at Brighton, Sussex, England.
