I really don't have it in me to play another one of these that has a huge asterisk by it no matter how charming the characters and writing are. Like it they did ANYTHING, just strip combat to be more like SPM clashing in the field.
I personally had just as many gripes as positives. I didn’t even touch upon the fact that every boss fight is a gimmick in some way and many bosses can just straight-up heal whenever they want. Lords of the Fallen (2023) is a huge step up from the series and is by no means a bad game. It is a solid game with terrible design ideas.
