Just stumbled across this record this morning and I am obsessed. A seriously awesome, and seldom discussed, Neil & Crazy Horse record. Oh Susannah, Tom Dula, Jesus’ Chariot, and Wayfarin’ Stranger are some of the best performances Neil and the Horse have put to tape.

He had a well-known relationship with singer Joan Baez from 1963 to 1965 and with artist Suze Rotolo from 1961 to 1964.
