I am one of the overthinking people that it usually keeps me up at night when I’m not exhausted, and when I’m outside I tend to pay attention to my surroundings very heavily, e.g., people, noises, etc. I take somewhat long train rides (1 hour) regularly and I want to get some rest during these time.
