This is all supported by the rest of the team to bring all the game elements together to tell our story’s arcs, which were scripted by Morgan.

The offset is quite simple, as you just press start, watch (or skip) the cinematics, and progress the story by beating the levels. If you perish, you’ll restart the level from the beginning. If you run out of lives, it’s game over.

I found all the Fallout 1 cinematics upscaled and they look amazing so I copied them to Fallout\data\ART\CUTS only to realize they're format is .avi while the Fallout videos are formatted in .mve. Does anyone know a solution or where to download high resolution cinematics already in .mve format?
