Explore Burg Rheinfels, visit the medieval church by the station (look at the painted ceilings and walls) Ride the train back. Get off in Bacharach if you feel like it.

That‘s the whole idea of a Fan Zone. In some cities they opened extea public viewing areas in addition to the regular fan zone for German matches. Frankfurt only has one Fan Zone anyway.
