TLDR: High Noon doesn't improve upon or synergize with Cassidy's role in the team or his incredibly fun gunplay. It ends up being a waste of time in most cases due to the physical and conceptual limitations of the ability, as well as due to its overly ambitious best case that requires too much risk for very inconsistent reward.
