- Templo de Garni. Se trata del único templo clásico de Armenia y de toda la región. Se encuentra ubicado en el pueblo de Garni, y por él recibe su nombre.
- Monasterio de Geghard. Rodeado por acantilados, el Monasterio de Geghard fue declarado Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la Unesco en el año 2000. Fundado en el siglo IV, por Gregorio el Iluminador, el templo fue creciendo desde entonces hasta el año 1215, cuando fue construida la capilla principal.
- Khor Virap. También conocida como Mazmorra Profunda, este hermoso monasterio se encuentra ubicado en la llanura de Ararat, cerca de la frontera con Turquía.
- Monasterio de Tatev. Se trata de un monasterio apostólico del siglo IX. Se encuentra ubicado al sudeste de Armenia, en una altiplanicie cercana al poblado de Tatev.
