Theodoric I (10th century; German: Dietrich, also known as Thierry) was a nobleman in the Duchy of Saxony, and the oldest traceable member of the House of Wettin.
The oldest member of the House of Wettin who is known for certain is Theodoric I of Wettin, also known as Dietrich, Thiedericus, and Thierry I of Liesgau (died c. 982). He was most probably based in the Liesgau (located at the western edge of the Harz ).
Teodorico I (en alemán: Dietrich, también conocido como Thierry) fue un noble del siglo X, del Ducado de Sajonia, y antepasado más antiguo conocido de la Casa de Wettin. Teodorico tuvo dos hijos: Dedo I de Wettin (c. 950–1009), Federico I de Wettin, conde de Wettin y Eilenburg (m. 1017).
