Katarzyna Adamik, también conocida como Kasia Adamik, ( Varsovia, 28 de diciembre de 1972) es una directora de cine polaca, creadora de artes visuales y artista de guiones gráficos.

Adamik was born in Warsaw, the daughter of Polish film director Agnieszka Holland and Slovak opera director Laco Adamík. Her aunt is film director Magdalena Łazarkiewicz. She graduated in graphics from the Academy of Fine Artsin Brussels. She came out as a lesbianin 2012.
Adamik debuted in the film industry in 1993.
