Queen Elizabeth College (simply known as QEC) is a state Co-Educational secondary school for Years 9-13 in the city of Palmerston North, New Zealand.

Queen Elizabeth College is a co-educational school, with a student centred philosophy that values whanau (family) and acceptance of individual differences. Our school is sited on large attractive grounds in Manawatu, with excellent facilities.
Manawatu Evening Standard. Rangitikei Street, Palmerston North. In 1956 that Queen Elizabeth Technical College (QETC) in Rangitikei Street officially opened, replacing the Technical College in Princess Street.
A new college was built in Rangitikei Street in 1956, and by the 1960s it was the second largest educational establishment in Palmerston North, after Massey University, with a population of over 900 secondary school pupils and over two thousand on the tertiary roll.
