Robert FitzEdith, feudal lord of Okehampton (1093–1172) was an illegitimate son of Henry I of England and Edith Forne, who was a mistress of Henry I. [1] Compared to many of his illegitimate siblings and half-siblings, not much is known about him.
26 de abr. de 2022 · Robert fitz Edith, Baron of Okenhampton was born illegitimately in 1093.2 He was the son of Henry I 'Beauclerc', King of England and Edith Sigulfson.1 He married Matilda d'Avranches, Dame du Sap, daughter of Robert d'Avranches.3 He died on 31 May 1172.1.
