Sir Ralph Noel, 6th Baronet (28 July 1747 – 19 March 1825) was a British landowner and politician, father-in-law of Lord Byron and grandfather of the mathematician Lady Ada Lovelace. Before 1815 he was known as Sir Ralph Milbanke .

Sir Ralph Milbanke, 6th Bt. Hon. Judith Noel. Anne Isabella Noel Byron, 11th Baroness Wentworth and Baroness Byron ( née Milbanke; 17 May 1792 – 16 May 1860), nicknamed Annabella and commonly known as Lady Byron, was an educational reformer and philanthropist who established the first industrial school in England, and was an active abolitionist.
Sir Ralph Milbanke (1747-1825), 6th Baronet of Halnaby and MP for Durham, married Judith Noel (1751-1822), eldest daughter of 1st Viscount Wentworth in 1777. On the death of Judith's brother, Thomas Noel, 2nd Viscount Wentworth in 1815, Ralph and Judith changed their surname to Noel.
