Peg Lee began teaching cooking classes at Houston Community College in the 1970s and quickly delighted in the abundant humor that comes with the territory. A decade later, Peg became the founding director of the Rice Epicurean cooking school.

9:00 am – Visit to the Rialto Market with the chef 11:00 am – Basic preparation and cooking techniques lesson, followed by hands-on lesson with the ingredients purchased at the Market 1:30 pm – Lunch at The Gritti Epicurean School with the prepared dishes
