Andries Bicker (14 September 1586 – 24 June 1652) was a prominent burgomaster (mayor) of Amsterdam, politician and diplomat in the Dutch Republic. He was a member of the Bicker family, who governed the city of Amsterdam and with it the province of Holland for about half a century.

The latter and former burgemeester Andries Bicker rallied the civic guard, hired 2,000 mercenaries, lifted the bridges, closed the gates and positioned the artillery. In April 1656 he secretly married Alida Conincx, his housekeeper.
