There are a couple of oddly staged showdowns — one between the new sheriff and a gunman hired by Sebastian; another between the Wyler clan and the Mason clan ...
After a new sheriff (Peter Holden) arrives in town, the Masons murder Wyler. The sheriff sets out to investigate while at the same time wooing Piluk's daughter, Margaret (Micaela Pignatelli). Meanwhile, Piluk is carrying out his revenge, slowly killing of the Mason's men one after the other.
A sheriff is killed by the leader of the local bad guys, and the father of the sheriff is not to pleased. The father, Mr. Piluk, is the local undertaker and also plays a mean violin when he is in a bad mood.
