Hinchingbrooke School is a large comprehensive secondary school situated on the outskirts of Huntingdon in Cambridgeshire, historically in Huntingdonshire. Originally all of the surrounding land—including what is now Huntingdon Town—comprised the grounds of Hinchingbrooke House.

Our standard of excellence extends to the support we provide to all of our Sixth Formers. Every student has a specialist Sixth Form tutor, whose primary role is to oversee your progress and well-being, and to help you move on to university, an apprenticeship or employment.
Hinchingbrooke School is a non-selective academy. It has about 2,000 boys and girls aged between 11 and 18. In November 2021 the school was rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted. Particular strengths include Representation, Attendance, Progress and Attainment.
