Mark Pellington (nacido el 17 de marzo de 1962, en Baltimore) es un director de cine estadounidense. Dirigió The Mothman Prophecies, un filme de 2002 interpretado por Richard Gere; así mismo también dirigió Arlington Road de 1999, en donde aparecen Tim Robbins y Jeff Bridges.
Mark Pellington becomes internationally recognized as one of the world’s premiere music video directors. His video for Pearl Jam’s “Jeremy” is one of the most popular in history, as well as one of the most honored.
Mark Pellington attended the University of Virginia, receiving a B.A. in Rhetoric in 1984. Upon graduation, Pellington joined MTV’s award-winning On-Air Promotions Department , where he created short conceptual spots, editing original footage with found sound and images.
