Zoe Zaoutzaina (Greek: Ζωὴ Ζαούτζαινα; died May 899) was a Byzantine empress consort as the second wife of the Byzantine emperor Leo VI the Wise. She was the daughter of Stylianos Zaoutzes (Στυλιανὸς Ζαούτζης), a high-ranking bureaucrat during the reign of her husband.

Su primera mujer , a la que Basilio obligó a casarse con él, murió en 897, y León volvió a casarse con Zoe Zautzina, hija de su consejero Zautzes, aunque esta murió también, en 899. Después de este matrimonio, León creó el título de basileopator («padre del emperador») para su padre político.
Al enviudar, León se casó con su amante Zoe Zautzina, quien falleció en 899 sin dar un heredero masculino al trono. En el verano del año siguiente León se casaba con la frigia Eudocia Baiana que murió en 901.
