Jatin Das (born 2 December 1941) is an Indian painter, sculptor and muralist. He is counted amongst the leading contemporary artists of India.
Jatindra Nath Das (Bengali: যতীন্দ্রনাথ দাস; 27 October 1904 – 13 September 1929), better known as Jatin Das, was an Indian independence activist and revolutionary who worked to make India independent from the British Raj and was a member of the Hindustan Socialist Republican Association.
Jatin Das is a painter, poet, sculptor, muralist, print-maker, teacher, cultural expert and Founder Chairman of the JD Centre of Art. Born in December 1941 in Mayurbhanj, Odisha, Das at 17, went to study at the Sir JJ School of Art, Bombay, under Prof. S.B. Palsikar.

Jatin Das was born in 1941 at Baripada Mayurbhanj, Odisha. He completed his education in 1962 from J. J. School of Art, Mumbai. He paints on oil, acrylic, watercolour, ink and conte, is a print maker and also does sculptures and murals.
