Sir Hewett Osborne (1567–1599) was an English landowner and soldier who served in Ireland in the late sixteenth century. He owned lands at Kiveton in Yorkshire and neighbouring Wales, South Yorkshire, but lived in Essex.

Osborne's grandson, Sir Edward Osborne, of Kiveton, Yorkshire, created a baronet 13 July 1620, was the son of Sir Hewett Osborne, and father of Sir Thomas Osborne, 1st Duke of Leeds. [citation needed] A half-length portrait of Osborne in armour is in the possession of the Duke of Leeds.
