Franjo barun Jelačić (Petrinja, 1746. – Szala-Apathy, Mađarska, 4. veljače 1810.), hrvatski časnik, general i podmaršal austrijske carske vojske, član plemićke obitelji Jelačić, otac bana Josipa Jelačića.
Otac bana Jelačića – podmaršal i borac protiv Francuza – 1810. Franjo Jelačić za svoje zasluge je odlikovan Viteškim križem Marije Terezije. Otac hrvatskog bana Josipa Jelačića zvao se Franjo i rođen je 1746. godine u plemićkoj obitelji s dugom povijesti.
Baron Franjo Jelačić Bužimski was a Croatian military officer and nobleman, a member of the House of Jelačić. He began his service in the Habsburg army as a Grenz infantry officer and fought against the Ottoman Empire.
