This Time es el cuarto álbum de estudio de la cantante británica Melanie Chisholm, exintegrante de las Spice Girls. El álbum salió a la venta en abril de 2007 en el Reino Unido y Suiza, nuevamente bajo Red Girl Records, su propio sello discográfico, para luego ser lanzado en toda Europa.

This Time is the fourth solo studio album released by English singer Melanie C. It was primarily released on 30 March 2007 in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. It was released in United Kingdom and some other countries on 2 April.

At the same time, Chisholm released the fourth single of her album, "This Time", features the B-side "We Love to Entertain You", which was used for 2007's Pro7 Starforce campaign in Germany. The song peaked at number 94 in the UK and 69 in Germany.
