Fredericka of Saxe-Gotha-Altenburg (17 July 1715 – 2 May 1775), was a German princess, a member of the House of Wettin and by marriage Duchess of Saxe-Weissenfels . Born in Gotha, she was the fifteenth of nineteen children born from the marriage of Frederick II, Duke of Saxe-Gotha-Altenburg and Magdalena Augusta of Anhalt-Zerbst.

Después de la muerte de su padre, en 1691 Frédérique vivió con su suegra Christine de Bade-Durlach (1645-1705) en el Château d'Altenbourg. Una vez que su hermano Federico II de Sajonia-Gotha-Altenburg fue declarado mayor de edad y terminó la regencia, llevó a su hermana Federico, a la corte de Gotha, quien lo estaba ayudando con el trabajo del gobierno.
