[ 1][ 2] It was used as a punishment by the Persians, Carthaginians, and Romans, [ 1] among others. Crucifixion has been used in some countries as recently as the 21st century.

Throughout service, me I was only tapping and extracting the graces of power, wisdom, light, favor, speed and healing from him to me.

We learn here that the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ is also the Father of mercies and the God of all comfort.
