Countess Magdalene of Waldeck-Wildungen (1558 – 9 September 1599), German: Magdalena Gräfin zu Waldeck-Wildungen, was a countess from the House of Waldeck and through marriage successively Countess of Hanau-Münzenberg and Countess of Nassau-Siegen.
Countess Magdalena of Waldeck (9 September 1558 – August 1599) was a daughter of Philip IV of Waldeck-Wildungen (1493–1574) and his wife, Jutta of Isenburg (d. 1564).
He was the son of Count Wolrad IV of Waldeck-Eisenberg and his wife Anna of Baden-Durlach, heir to the Lordship of Cuylenburg in today's Netherlands. In 1639 in Culemborg, he married Countess Maria Magdalena of Nassau-Siegen (1622-1647, daughter of William, Count of Nassau-Siegen ).
