Rose Constance Leveson-Gower, Countess Granville GCVO GCStJ (née Bowes-Lyon; 6 May 1890 – 17 November 1967) was the third daughter of the 14th Earl of Strathmore and Kinghorne by his wife, Cecilia Cavendish-Bentinck.
Bowes-Lyon family. The Bowes-Lyon family descends from George Bowes of Gibside and Streatlam Castle (1701–1760), a County Durham landowner and politician, through John Bowes, 9th Earl of Strathmore and Kinghorne, chief of the Clan Lyon.

The son of Vice-Admiral William Leveson-Gower, 4th Earl Granville, and his wife Lady Rose Bowes-Lyon, a daughter of Claude Bowes-Lyon, 14th Earl of Strathmore and Kinghorne, he was educated at Eton College.
Lady Rose Bowes-Lyon was the third daughter of 14th Earl of Strathmore and Kinghorne by his wife, Nina Cecilia, and an elder sister of Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother. On 24 May 1916, she married The Hon. William Leveson-Gower, later the 4th Earl Granville.
