Lady Mary Sidney (née Dudley; c. 1530–1535 – 9 August 1586) was a lady-in-waiting at the court of Elizabeth I, wife of Sir Henry Sidney and the mother of Sir Philip Sidney and Mary Sidney Herbert, Countess of Pembroke.

Since Dudley moved to New Mexico, she has become an educator, a home visitor, director for the Family Development Program and co-founder of Pediatric Care. She has taught many New Mexican families how to advocate for themselves and for their children.
