PINKY DAUVIN. 1946 - 2013. Victor Roy Dauvin, better known as Pinky, was an easy going guy with a huge heart who loved to play music. Originally from Sackville New Brunswick, he migrated to Nova Scotia in the early 60s with the hope that he could make a life for himself doing what he loved best.
Pinky Dauvin. Canadian singer, songwriter and drummer. He was drummer for Halifax band The Continentals in the early 1960s, who merged with another Halifax band named The Untouchables and moved to Toronto in 1966 where they would become The Stitch In Tyme.

Their third and final album for RCA was also the last for original lead singer Pinky Dauvin. Peacing It All Together was recorded in RCA's Music Centre of the World Hollywood Studios. It includes the Top 40 hit, "The Chant". In the summer of 1970, Lighthouse represented Canada and Ontario at Expo '70 in Japan.
Pinky Dauvin's lead vocals are complemented by some excellent lead guitar played by Ralph Cole. It is only when we get to the lengthy, bizarrely named "Places on faces four blue carpet traces" that we come to the essence of the band.
