A Little Snow Fairy Sugar (ちっちゃな雪使いシュガー, Chitchana Yukitsukai Shugā) is a Japanese anime series developed by J.C.Staff. It premiered in Japan on TBS on October 2, 2001, and ran for 24 episodes until its conclusion March 26, 2002. A two-episode OVA was also released for the series.
A Little Snow Fairy Sugar revolves around an eleven year old girl Saga and the little fairy apprentice Sugar that only she can see. Sugar has been sent to earth to complete her training and become a full fledged snow fairy.

Sugar (シュガー) is a female snow fairy apprentice working to learn how to be a full fledged season fairy like her beloved mother. Hailing from the fairy world, she comes to the human world for the final part of her training which requires her to find a so-called "Twinkle".
Together with apprentice fairies Salt and Pepper, Sugar must find the 'twinkles' that will make their magical flowers blossom, thus turning them into fully fledged season fairies. The trouble is, none of them actually knows what a 'twinkle' is!

Sugar is an apprentice Snow Fairy. She and her friends have had all of the training and now need to find magical “Twinkles.” Unfortunately, none of these fairies know what a Twinkle is. However, they do find a human girl, Saga, who can see them when others can’t.
