The Marriage of Figaro (German: Figaros Hochzeit) is a 1949 East German musical film directed by Georg Wildhagen and starring Angelika Hauff, Willi Domgraf-Fassbaender and Sabine Peters.

Kammerdiener Figaro möchte die Zofe Susanna heiraten. Graf Almaviva, als Herr der beiden, will sein Recht auf die 'erste Nacht' geltend machen. Figaro kommt durch ein früher gegebenes Heiratsversprechen an die alte Haushälterin Marzelline in Bedrängnis. Die Gräfin ist eifersüchtig auf Susanna.
