Maud Green, Lady Parr (6 April 1490/92 – 1 December 1531) [1] was an English courtier. She was the mother of Catherine Parr, the sixth wife of King Henry VIII of England. She was a close friend and lady-in-waiting to Catherine of Aragon.

When Maud Green was born on 6 April 1492, in Green's Norton, Northamptonshire, England, her father, Sir Thomas de Grene V of Grene's Norton, was 31 and her mother, Lady Johane Fogge of Repton, was 24. She married Sir Thomas Parr in 1510, in Northamptonshire, England.
Thomas Parr married Maud Green (6 April 1492 – 1 December 1531), daughter of Sir Thomas Green, in 1508. Before the birth of their most famous offspring, Catherine, Maud gave birth to a son. This occurred not long after Maud and Thomas' marriage. Their happiness at the birth proved short lived as the baby soon died and his name remains unknown.

Maud was appointed as a Lady-in-Waiting to Queen Katharine of Aragon.
